Dear Parents and Students,

Students are doing a great job with their dance routines and they are working hard in class. We are very excited for our annual June performance. Costumes will be arriving over the next several weeks if they haven't already. If costume balances have not been paid, they are currently past due. Please be sure that your account is current.  Students will receive their costumes upon arrival once balance is paid in full. When you receive your costume please try it on your child to see if any alterations are needed and hang it somewhere safe to allow wrinkles to fall out.



Detailed information on costumes, shoes, accessories etc. will be enclosed in an upcoming newsletter. Some classes may need to spray paint their shoes a different color to match their costumes. All alterations and spray painting should also be complete before Picture Day. Costumes come in small, medium, and large sizes and are not made to exact order of individual measurements. Everyone should expect slight alterations.


Ticket Day: Sunday, May 3rd - 10:00 am-2:00 pm

Picture Day: Sunday, May 31st - (scheduled times will be given out at a later date)

In-House Rehearsal, Act I: Tuesday, June 16th - 5:00-7:30 pm at the studio (no costumes needed)

In-House Rehearsal, Act II: Wednesday, June 17th – 5:30-8:30 pm at the studio (no costumes needed)

Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, June 18th - 4:30-10:00 pm at Collins Center at Andover High School

Performance: Saturday, June 20th - 2:00 pm at Collins Center at Andover High School

*Please be sure all tuition is up to date. Payment plan options are available if needed.

Gotta Dance is helping with some community outreach, partnering with The Wish Project for their BITS Bags.  The Wish Project is a household goods, clothing and baby goods bank, providing basic things to families in need.  Their BITS Bags project fills bags with the same fun, but educational item in them for a child 3 years or younger.  See the flyer in the waiting area for more detailed information. Examples of items they are looking to be donated: Beach balls or balls, Coloring books, Crayons, Sidewalk chalk, Books, Bubbles, and Rubber ducks. Either collect one or two specific items needed for the bags or put everything on the list in one bag and drop the bag in the bin at the studio.  (Items will be picked up weekly so the bin won't get too full). The final day to donate will be  March 28th.  Thank you in advance for your support!

The LOST & FOUND BIN is getting full and our collection of water bottles is growing.  Please take the time to look through the box to see if your dancer has left anything behind.  All items left in the lost & found bin at the end of the year will be donated.
